HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

We ship both domestically and to a select of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live close to us in Texas, you'll get it faster than if you live in Alaska. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 5-10 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping can take longer.

AND RETURNS?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item 30 days after purchase. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
